We love you all so dearly and we pray for you often. Thank you for being a part of this great ministry which is Global Christian Mission Outreach. We appreciate your partnership and your faithful commitment during all those years. You are always there behind the scenes as a great source of encouragement for all of us here in the field. So much has been accomplished already during the first quarter of the year 2022, and we praise God for what He is doing here in the field.
Here in Haiti, nothing seems to be new under the sun. The same challenges still stand before us and the political and social tensions are still being greatly felt. Seven months after the assassination of the late president Jovenel Moise, very little has been done to bring the criminals to justice. Three judges have already rejected the case. Meanwhile, more politicians kept fighting for positions to better serve themselves. They want at all cost to share the power with the Prime Minister Ariel Henri. But in fact, they are still more of the same.
While the vast majority of our countrymen struggles in extreme poverty….
